3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, code, text, and graphics, is the property of Designfly and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Upon full payment, deliverables are transferred to the client as outlined in the project agreement.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in the project agreement. Unless otherwise stated, a deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due upon project completion. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension.
5. Limitation of Liability
Designfly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6. Revisions and Refunds
The number of revisions included is specified in your project agreement. Refunds are provided at our discretion and are typically only available before work has begun or if we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Designfly operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
